A modern low maintenance garden

The initial site vist. The garden consists of a poor lawn and an old shed. The brief is to produce an appealing low maintenance modern looking garden on a tight budget.

The fencing is treated to a darker stain, the lawn removed and an area for a new patio dug out.

The new view that will only get better as the planting matures. The patio area is increased, lawn shaped and planting added.

The two tone paving gives a cool contemporary feel. The use is extended by the incorporation of lighting within the patio.
